Depending on the scale of your project, these are the likely steps you will take with us:
One of our team will visit you to discuss the requirements of your project and provide you with an opportunity to view a similar project in order to allow you to see the standard of our work. We’ll then take away the requirements for your project and provide you with a comprehensive fixed price quotation.
Upon acceptance of our quotation, we’ll agree a start date with you and take a small initial payment in order to confirm your booking. We will also provide you with a contract and a payment plan. You’ll also be provided with your single point of contact for the entirety of the project.
A week before the build commences, you’ll have a meeting with your point of contact which will give you an opportunity to fine tune any details of your project prior to starting. We’ll then start off with the demolition and or preparation plan and commence 1st and 2nd fix. Your project will be overviewed by one of the two company directors and you’ll be provided with daily updates.
Completion & After care
Prior to completion, we’ll carry out an inspection with you for snagging purposes. The project will then be finished, approved and signed off by one of the company directors. You’ll then receive a 12 month after care service along with a structural guarantee up to 10 years dependant on you project.
